At Perfect Dry Fruits, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may return unopened and unused products within **7 days** of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process:

  1. **Contact Us:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Customercare@perfectdryfruits.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. **Return Authorization:** We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your items back.
  3. **Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received).

Refunds

  1. – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

    – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within **5-7 business days** after processing the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  1. – If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of receipt. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
